Before choosing Raphael Realty, we would hope that you interview other Realtors and compare services offered, experience, knowledge of the specialized field of religious facilities, and references. When interviewing Realtors, the following questions are important.

Are you a licensed Realtor in the state of California?

The agent should be able to give you a license number which can be checked through the  state department of real estate in Sacramento.  The license number for Raphael Realty is 00713881.

Are you a member of the California Association of Realtors?  

Raphael Realty is a member of the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors and has undertaken a binding commitment to the Constitution and By-Laws and Code of Ethics of these Associations.

Are you a member of the multiple listing service?

Raphael Realty is a member in good standing of the Rancho Southeast Association of Realtors. Our listings are entered into the multiple listing service of our local board and reciprocated to other boards which have agreements with our board. The property is then exposed to many potential buyers through the multiple listing service and other Realtors.

Do you cooperate with other agents?

Raphael Realty offers one half of our listing fee to any agent who represents the buyer upon close of escrow. This is an important part of marketing a property since many agents are then working to show the property to their clients.

Have you ever sold a church?

If the answer is yes, please ask for details. Get the address, date, and names of buyer and seller. You should contact the buyer and seller to check the type of service this agent offered. Raphael Realty has sold more churches than any other real estate company in California. We have worked exclusively with religious facilities since 1979.

Raphael Realty welcomes competition. If you find a Realtor who has more experience and knowledge in the specialized area of religious facilities, then you should list with them. If not, we would be happy to help your group sell your facility.
